Job summary

Beyond Core Therapy in Kansas City MO is seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team and help transform lives through evidence-based ABA practices.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Master’s degree in ABA or related field.
• Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training and support.
• Conduct assessments and adjust treatment goals as needed.
• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success.
• Maintain compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.
