Job summary

New Dawn ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Missouri with flexible full‑time or part‑time opportunities. Join a team dedicated to helping children reach their full potential through evidence‑based ABA care.

You will conduct assessments, design and oversee treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure high‑quality care and compliant practice.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification required.
• Experience designing ABA treatment plans.
• Experience supervising staff in a clinical setting.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments (e.g., FBA, VB-MAPP, ABLLS).
• Design and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Provide supervision, training, and support to RBTs and behavior technicians.
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams to ensure effective care.
• Monitor client progress and update goals based on data.
• Maintain compliance with ethical, clinical, and regulatory standards.
