Job summary

Shining Steps ABA in Kansas City seeks a BCBA to conduct functional assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans. This in-person role involves supervising clinicians, training staff, and partnering with families to support child progress.

Flexible full- or part-time scheduling is available, with a Monday–Friday 9:00 AM–5:00 PM core; start/finish times can be adjusted for family commitments. Competitive compensation and CEU stipend further support clinicians.

Qualifications

• Must hold BCBA certification in good standing.
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in Missouri.
• Strong communication and collaboration with families and partners.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop intervention plans.
• Provide clinical supervision and training to staff.
• Deliver parent training and involve families in progress.
• Monitor progress and adjust programming based on data.
