Job summary

Key Autism Services is seeking committed BCBAs to provide center-based or home-based services. You will conduct assessments, develop tailored behavior intervention plans, supervise BTs/RBTs, and monitor progress to improve client outcomes.

The role emphasizes collaboration with families and interdisciplinary teams, with opportunities for mentorship, ongoing professional development, and a strong focus on work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification
• LABA certification, where required by state
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, Special Education, or related field
• Reliable transportation
• Comfortable providing home-based services and family collaboration
• Ability to obtain and maintain Safety Care Specialist certification

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and reassessments and write progress reports
• Develop individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans
• Supervise and mentor BTs/RBTs
• Monitor client progress and analyze treatment data
• Provide caregiver coaching and parent support
• Conduct functional behavior assessments when clinically appropriate
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality outcomes
