Shining Steps ABA in Kansas City is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for an in-person role across the Kansas City metro. We offer flexible full- or part-time schedules, with hours 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM and adaptive start/finish times to fit your life.

You will conduct functional behavior assessments, develop behavior intervention plans, provide supervision to technicians, train families, and monitor progress with data-driven adjustments.

Formación

• Must hold BCBA certification in good standing and be licensed or eligible for licensure in Missouri.
• Ability to work directly with families, technicians, and school or community partners in person.

Position Overview

BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) - Kansas City: This is a fully in-person role working directly with clients and families across the Kansas City metro. We are open to both full-time and part-time arrangements, and we build the schedule around the clinician. With manageable caseloads and genuine clinical support, this is an opportunity to do the work well rather than just do a lot of it.

A Schedule That Actually Flexes

Full-time is Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with real flexibility on start and finish times. Part-time hours are built around your availability. If you are carrying another caseload, finishing supervision hours, or working around family commitments, tell us what you need and we will work with it. Flexibility here is a standing commitment, not a perk we mention once and forget.

Qualifications
