Aufgaben

• Assessment and Plan Development: conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Supervision: provide clinical supervision to behavior technicians and support staff.
• Family Partnership: deliver parent training and engage families in progress.
• Data and Outcomes: monitor progress, analyze data, and adjust programming to stay effective.
