You’ll oversee the full therapy process, from assessment and treatment planning to staff supervision and parent collaboration.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA Certification
• Proficient with various assessment methods

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments using standardized tools
• Develop comprehensive ABA Treatment Plans
• Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
