B.E.S.T ABA is seeking BCBAs/LABAs to provide in-home and clinic-based ABA therapy for children with Autism. The role emphasizes individualized treatment plans, collaborative family engagement, and ongoing clinical supervision. Flexible scheduling supports work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Master’s in ABA Education or related field.
• BCBA certificate required.
• LABA MA licensure required.
• Bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise and mentor BTs/RBTs.
• Provide caregiver training and family collaboration.
• Analyze data and adapt treatment based on clinical need.
• Ensure fidelity and ethical practice.
