B.E.S.T ABA is seeking BCBAs/LABAs to provide in-home and clinic-based ABA therapy for children with Autism. The role emphasizes individualized treatment plans, collaborative family engagement, and ongoing clinical supervision. Flexible scheduling supports work-life balance.
We prioritize client dignity, ethical practice, and a supportive community where clinicians are valued. Bilingual applicants are encouraged to apply to reflect our diverse client base.
Founded by special education teachers who became BCBAs after experiencing firsthand the power of ABA for children, as well as the gaps in support within the educational system for children with Autism, B.E.S.T ABA was built on one idea: no two clients, and no two clinicians, need the same thing.
We know each BCBA brings their own experience and ideas every day, and the power of our collaborative ideas is what moves our company forward.
In our team, you aren't a billable. As a clinician-founded and clinician-run team, we've built our model around realistic caseloads and strong clinical support. A team where the founders, who are moms themselves, don't just know your name; they value your input. BCBAs work either in-home or with caseloads mixed between our clinic and in-home visits, based on what fits their strengths and their clients' needs.
If you're looking for an organization that is building something bigger without becoming something distant, where every BCBA, RBT, and child matters as an individual, we would love to speak with you.
B.E.S.T ABA is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
We strongly encourage applicants from all backgrounds to apply. Bilingual/multilingual applicants are encouraged to apply, especially as we aim to reflect the diversity of the families we serve.
