B.E.S.T ABA in Massachusetts is seeking BCBA and LABA clinicians to join a clinician‑run team that values realistic caseloads and strong clinical support. You can work in home or clinic settings with a collaborative group focused on client dignity and ethical care.

Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, supervising BTs/RBTs, caregiver training, and data‑driven treatment adjustments. Flexible scheduling and bonus opportunities are offered.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s in ABA Education or related field required.
• BCBA certificate required.
• LABA MA licensure required.
• Bilingual a plus!
• Experience supporting children with behavioral needs.
• Clinical and ethical expertise (we prioritize client dignity).
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise and mentor BTs/RBTs.
• Provide caregiver training and collaborate with families.
• Analyze data and adjust treatment based on clinical need.
• Ensure treatment fidelity and clinical excellence.
• Implement assent-based practices to ensure clients are heard.
• Comfortably being silly and engaging with children.
