Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
• BCBA certification or eligible to become certified.
• Minimum 0 years of experience in ABA therapy.
• Strong understanding of autism spectrum disorder and ABA principles.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple clients and tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide autism-specific Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to clients in their homes and/or community settings.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the treatment team.
• Conduct assessments, behavior analyses, and data-driven program development to ensure client progress and achievement of goals.
• Collaborate with family members, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client progress and therapy sessions.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices in ABA.
