Job summary

Champions ABA in Naugatuck, CT is seeking a dedicated BCBA to provide in-home and community-based ABA therapy. You will develop and implement individualized treatment plans, conduct assessments, and collaborate with families and healthcare professionals to ensure client progress and well-being.

The role offers per diem scheduling with flexibility, allowing work from home or various home-based/community settings while staying current with ABA best practices.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
• BCBA certification or eligible to become certified.
• Minimum 0 years of experience in ABA therapy.

Responsibilities

• Provide autism-specific Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to clients in homes and community settings.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the treatment team.
• Conduct assessments, behavior analyses, and data-driven program development to ensure client progress.
• Collaborate with family members, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client progress and therapy sessions.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices in ABA.

As a BCBA- Champions ABA, you will play a vital role in helping our clients reach their full potential.
