Champions ABA - CT is seeking a Behavior Technician to join our Wolcott, CT team and work with BCBA mentors to deliver individualized ABA therapy. You will collect data, maintain safety, and communicate with clients and families to support progress in treatment.

The role emphasizes collaborative care, ongoing training, and a flexible per-diem schedule within a supportive environment committed to compassionate, high-quality services.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a related field; training in ABA therapy a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college or higher education preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Professional demeanor and respect for diverse populations.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA therapy plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior to track treatment effectiveness.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary treatment teams to ensure comprehensive care.
• Maintain a safe and organized treatment environment.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on best practices in ABA therapy.
