Job summary

Champions ABA in CT is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to lead client care in in-home and community-based ABA therapy. You will develop and implement individualized treatment plans, conduct assessments, and analyze data to guide treatment decisions.

You will train and supervise behavior technicians and collaborate with families to ensure comprehensive, compassionate care. The role requires BCBA certification and a strong foundation in ABA principles, with emphasis on documentation,

Qualifications

• Board BCBA certification from BACB.
• Experience with children and adults with autism and other developmental disabilities is preferred.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting software such as BCAT or QuickNote.

Responsibilities
