Job summary

Ambitions ABA Colorado is hiring a BCBA to provide high-quality, in-home ABA therapy for children and support for their families in Westminster, CO. You’ll oversee assessments, treatment planning, and supervise staff while collaborating with parents.

The role offers in-person or hybrid opportunities, flexible hours, PTO, professional development assistance, and growth opportunities with other BCBAs.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA Certification.
• Proficient with various assessment methods.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and management abilities.
• Passion for working with children and families.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments using standardized tools.
• Develop comprehensive ABA Treatment Plans.
• Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
• Review session notes and provide constructive feedback.
• Conduct parent training sessions and quarterly team meetings.
• Collaborate with educators and related service providers as necessary.
