Key Autism Services in Conyers, GA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing center-based team in the Metro Atlanta area. You’ll conduct assessments, develop behavior intervention plans, supervise BTs/RBTs, monitor progress, and provide caregiver coaching, with access to mentorship and a strong interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification and LABA where required by state.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, Special Education, or related field.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to provide home-based services.
• Ability to obtain Safety Care Specialist certification.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and reassessments and write progress reports.
• Develop individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans.
• Supervise and mentor BTs/RBTs.
• Monitor client progress and analyze treatment data.
• Provide caregiver coaching and parent support.
• Conduct functional behavior assessments when clinically appropriate.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality outcomes.
