Job summary

Skill Sprouts ABA in New Mexico is seeking a dedicated BCBA to lead assessments, design evidence-based treatment plans, and supervise RBTs within a supportive, family-centered team. This role engages across home, school, and community settings to deliver meaningful pediatric ABA services.

You will collaborate with families and schools, analyze data to guide clinical decisions, and ensure ethical, high-quality care.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• New Mexico licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• Master's degree or higher in ABA, Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Experience with children with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills.
• Collaborative, compassionate, and family-centered approach to care.
• Passion for helping children build meaningful skills and independence.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral and functional assessments.
• Develop, implement, and oversee individualized treatment plans.
• Provide clinical supervision, mentorship, and support to RBTs and ABA staff.
• Analyze data and make data-driven clinical decisions.
• Provide caregiver training and support.
• Collaborate with families, schools, and other members of the care team.
• Support skill development in natural environments, including home, school, and community settings when appropriate.
• Complete required clinical documentation and maintain high standards of ethical care.
