Qualifications
- Must have a current BCBA Certification and LABA if applicable.
- Master's Degree in ABA or related field is required.
- Previous ABA Experience necessary.
- Comfortable working with families and providing in-home services.
Responsibilities
- Conduct initial assessments and write progress reports.
- Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans.
- Supervise and train BTs/RBTs to ensure treatment plans are effective.
- Provide support to families regarding managing behaviors.
