Job summary

ASAT: ABA a Step At a Time care in New Haven, CT is seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our clinician-led team. We are a passionate parent-founded organization committed to outcomes-based practices and client success.

You will develop ABA treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and collaborate closely with families to support outcomes in a hybrid, flexible schedule with opportunities for professional development and research involvement.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification required.
• Current CT LBA licensure required.
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Experience with early learning curriculum scope and sequence.
• Experience conducting functional and skill-based assessments.
• Experience identifying goals for in-center, in-home, in-school, or in-community programs for individuals with autism.
• Experience providing training and supervision to RBTs and implementing ABA programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training and support.
• Conduct functional and skill-based assessments and adjust treatment goals as needed.
• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success.
• Maintain compliance with ethical, regulatory, and payer standards.
• Proactively improve company clinical standard operating procedures.
