Operant Search Partners is assisting a growing ABA provider in Hudson County, NJ, in recruiting a BCBA. The role combines in-person clinical work with remote supervision, supporting a manageable caseload and meaningful outcomes for children and families.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification in good standing with BACB.
• Active NJ LBA licensure or eligibility before start date.
• Clinical ABA experience, preferably with autism.
• Strong communication, organization and clinical decision-making abilities.
• Compassionate, collaborative approach to working with children and families.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and observations to establish baselines and development areas.
• Develop, implement and monitor individualized treatment plans based on data.
• Review progress and adapt interventions to client needs.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers and professionals to ensure consistent care.
• Supervise and mentor RBTs and support staff.
