Lumino ABA LLC is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Tampa, FL. You will work across school and home settings, supervise RBTs, and lead functional assessments and behavior intervention planning in a flexible, burnout-conscious schedule.

The role offers hourly pay with competitive bonuses, extensive mentorship, and opportunities to participate in assessments and diagnostics, supporting students across Tampa private schools and nearby homes.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required.
• Active Medicaid license required.
• Minimum 1 year of ABA experience; newly certified BCBAs welcome.
• Strong understanding of ABA principles and ethical standards.
• Effective communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently while being team-oriented.
• Reliable transportation to school and home-based client locations.
• Passion for providing high-quality care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and preference assessments.
• Develop and maintain individualized BIPs.
• Provide BCBA supervision to RBTs.
• Collaborate with schools, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Maintain session notes and clinical documentation.
• Participate in onboarding, staff training, and team development.
• Optional: Participate in diagnostic assessments (e.g., CARS, ADOS).
