Job summary

Total Care ABA in Virginia is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support in-home and clinic-based ABA services with flexible scheduling and fully remote opportunities.

In this role you will supervise and mentor RBTs, conduct client interviews, develop individualized treatment plans, design and oversee skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs, and perform quarterly competency assessments, reviewing data with CentralReach to drive clinical excellence.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification current and active in Virginia.
• Licensed Virginia LBA (Registered Behavior Analyst) active.
• Must reside in Virginia.

Responsibilities
