Qualifications

• Currently a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) required.
• Must have a reliable car and drivers license for commuting.

Responsibilities

• Develop meaningful, evidenced-based programming based on data.
• Provide ongoing training and supervision to RBTs on patient caseload.
• Conduct consistent communication with treatment team members.

Skills

Excellent writing and verbal communication

Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and/or behavior challenges
