Job summary

TTF Search and Staffing is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a fully remote clinical team. This role offers autonomy in scheduling while delivering high-quality ABA services to clients and families.

There is a 25-billable-hour weekly expectation with quarterly bonuses for hours beyond that threshold. You’ll collaborate with caregivers, use CentralReach for data collection, and contribute to ethical, compassionate behavior-analytic services.

Qualifications

• Must be a BCBA with current certification.
• Experience delivering ABA services remotely.
• Ability to collaborate with families and caregivers.

Responsibilities

• Provide telepractice ABA services as part of remote team.
• Collect and input data for clients using CentralReach.
• Support two evening shifts per week, generally not extending past 7:30 PM.

This role offers autonomy in managing your schedule while providing high-quality ABA services to clients and families. The position includes a 25-billable-hour weekly expectation, with quarterly bonuses for hours worked beyond that threshold. You’ll use CentralReach for data collection and collaborate closely with caregivers to deliver effective, ethical, and compassionate behavior-analytic services. Two evening shifts per week are required, generally not extending past 7:30 PM.

This is a full-time position starting 45-60 days from offer acceptance and includes a comprehensive benefits package:
