Storybook ABA is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide supervision and parent training while focusing on software-driven workflows that replace pen-and-paper methods. The role offers flexible hours, optional driving, and case selection aligned with the clinician’s skillset and comfort level.

The BCBA must hold a master’s degree in behavior analysis or related fields and be BCBA certified.

Qualifications

• A master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, or a related field is required.
• BCBA certification is mandatory.
• Experience working with children, particularly those with autism or other developmental disabilities, is highly desirable.
• Data collection and behavioral therapy techniques are essential.
• Familiarity with special education frameworks and behavioral health practices is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct supervision and parent training.
