Job summary

TTF Search and Staffing is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a fully remote clinical team in the United States. The role offers schedule autonomy and a 25-billable-hour weekly expectation, with quarterly bonuses for hours beyond that threshold.

CentralReach will be used for data collection, and collaboration with caregivers is essential to deliver effective, ethical ABA services. Two evening shifts per week are required, generally not extending past 7:30 PM.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Experience delivering ABA remotely preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality ABA services remotely to clients and families.
• Maintain data collection using CentralReach.
• Coordinate with caregivers to implement behavior plans.
