Job summary

My Team ABA is hiring Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) in the Philadelphia area. We offer $80-$100 per hour and a $1,000 sign-on bonus after completing 120 hours. Full-time employees receive medical/vision/dental, 401k, and 3 weeks of PTO.

Join a family-centered team that supports ongoing training, flexible schedules, and collaboration with caregivers to build highly individualized ABA plans for children with developmental disabilities.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA or related field is required.
• BCBA certification required.
• At least 1 year of ABA experience with children aged 0–21; RBT experience acceptable for newly certified BCBAs.
• Experience conducting functional and skill-based assessments, designing plans and monitoring progress.
• Experience supervising RBTs and caregiver training preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Dependable, professional, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional and skill-based assessments to identify goals.
• Design and implement individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Monitor progress and adjust strategies as needed.
• Supervise RBTs and provide caregiver training.
• Collaborate with families and care teams to align priorities.
