Community Autism Services (CAS) is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for home and community-based work in Brockton, MA. The role emphasizes assent-based, family-centered ABA with strong clinical support and clear growth pathways.

The position offers a competitive base salary, quarterly raises, and performance bonuses, with flexibility and autonomy in scheduling and local travel.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required in ABA/related field.
• Current BCBA certification in good standing.
• Minimum 2+ years of ABA experience working with children with autism.
• Experience conducting FBAs, writing BIPs, and supervising clinical staff.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop data-driven BIPs.
• Utilize Vineland-3 and other standardized assessments.
• Provide ABA services in home and community settings.
• Collect, monitor, and analyze behavioral data for decisions.
• Coach and model evidence-based strategies for caregivers and technicians.
• Supervise RBTs/Technicians and ensure treatment fidelity.
• Deliver caregiver training to promote skill generalization.
• Implement proactive behavior support and crisis prevention.
• Collaborate with families, schools, and community partners.
• Participate in clinical meetings and trainings.
