Job summary

Key Autism Services is hiring Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) across multiple states, including flexible center-based, home-based, or hybrid schedules. The team emphasizes collaboration, mentorship, professional development, and reduced administrative burden to maximize client outcomes.

Compensation ranges from $85,000 to $115,000+ total package, plus a $5,000 sign-on bonus and relocation assistance, with monthly incentives and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification required.
• LABA certification required where state law applies.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, Special Education, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and reassessments and write progress reports.
• Develop individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans.
• Supervise and mentor BTs/RBTs.
• Monitor client progress and analyze treatment data.
• Provide caregiver coaching and parent support.
• Conduct functional behavior assessments when clinically appropriate.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality outcomes.
