Circle City ABA in Valparaiso, Indiana is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and supervising staff. Candidates must hold a Master’s Degree in a relevant field and BCBA Certification, with at least two years of related experience. Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of experience working with children or young adults with Autism Spectrum Disorders.
• Preferred: BCBA/BCaBA Supervision and Experience.
• Retaining certifications and memberships with professional groups.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments and evaluations of clients.
• Develop and monitor individual treatment and behavior intervention plans.
• Facilitate caregiver meetings to ensure open communication.
• Supervise staff training and provide feedback for enhancement of client progress.
• Participate in professional development activities.
