Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and implement behavioral interventions for children with autism
Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive treatment
Provide training and consultation to staff members on behavioral strategies and techniques
Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of program goals and objectives
Stay current with best practices in ABA and integrate new knowledge into practice
Master\'s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or related field
Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) or eligible to become certified
1 year of experience working with children with autism and/or intellectual disabilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Excellent communication, observation, and documentation skills
Competitive hourly rate of $105-$120
