Job summary

All Care Therapies seeks a licensed BCBA to design, implement, supervise, and evaluate ABA programs across telehealth, clinic, home, and school settings. The role emphasizes clinical excellence, ethical standards, and patient-centered care.

Responsibilities include assessments, treatment planning, data-driven progress monitoring, and supervising RBTs/BCaBA while collaborating with SLPs, OTs, and educators for holistic outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification and valid state licensure.
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years ABA clinical experience, including direct therapy and supervision.
• Proficiency with ABA assessment tools (FBA, VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R).
• Experience with EHR and data collection platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to obtain background clearance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and functional assessments to identify treatment priorities.
• Develop and monitor ABA treatment plans with measurable goals.
• Design, implement, and modify BIPs using evidence-based ABA methodologies.
• Deliver direct ABA therapy and supervise RBTs and BCaBA candidates.
• Monitor progress with data collection and adjust plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with SLPs, OTs, PTs, physicians, and educators for holistic care.
• Provide caregiver training and coaching across home, school, and community settings.
• Maintain regular session observations and fidelity to plans.
