Job summary

Get Set ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a remote/hybrid role serving clients near Dover, DE. Responsibilities include developing individualized ABA treatment plans, supervising RBTs, and coordinating with families to drive progress in autism therapy.

The role offers full-time, part-time, and hybrid scheduling with strong clinical support and opportunities for advancement within a BCBA-led team.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA Certification is required.
• Master’s degree in ABA or related field.
• Experience in program development and RBT supervision.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Reliable transportation for local travel.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABLLS).
• Develop individualized ABA Treatment Plans.
• Provide clinical supervision to RBTs.
• Monitor client data and adjust plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams.
• Maintain all required documentation and ethical compliance.
