Job summary

CHOP-Soar Autism Center in Horsham, PA seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to grow its interdisciplinary team. The center-based program provides naturalistic therapy for children aged 2–6, integrating ABA with speech, OT, and mental health services, emphasizing the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM).

Applicants should hold a Master’s in ABA or related field and BCBA certification, with experience in ABA early intervention.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a master’s degree in ABA, Special Education, or related field.
• Active BCBA certification with BACB.
• ABA early intervention experience.
• Background in Child Development or Early Childhood Education preferred.
• Excellent professional communication and digital literacy.

Responsibilities

• Plan, oversee, deliver, and adapt naturalistic therapy for young children 2–6 years old in a center-based setting.
• Conduct multidisciplinary assessments and create treatment plans with other clinical specialties (speech, OT, ABA, psychology).
• Design and implement services based on the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM).
• Be part of an interdisciplinary care team including speech, occupational therapy, and mental health services.
• Monitor client progress, update treatment plans and goals, and communicate needed changes to team members and families.
• Partner with client families to develop goals, build relationships, communicate progress, and coach and support them in their journey.
