Job summary

CHOP-Soar Autism Center in Horsham, PA, is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join its interdisciplinary team. You will develop and adapt naturalistic therapy for young children in a center setting, coordinating with speech, OT, ABA, and psychology teams to support families.

The role centers on Early Start Denver Model (ESDM) implementation, progress tracking, and collaborative care planning with families, aiming to deliver developmentally appropriate outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA, Special Education, or a related field.
• Active BCBA Certification through the BACB.
• ABA early intervention experience.
• Preferred background in Child Development or Early Childhood Education.
• Clear professional communication and teamwork across disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Plan, oversee, deliver, and adapt naturalistic therapy for children 2–6 in a center setting.
• Conduct multidisciplinary assessments and create treatment plans with speech, OT, ABA, psychology.
• Design and implement services based on the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM).
• Be part of an interdisciplinary care team including speech, OT, psychology, and LPCs.
• Monitor client progress, update treatment plans and goals, and communicate changes to families.
