Job summary

Pediatric Developmental Services (PDS) seeks a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support students in schools and clinics. You will develop behavior plans, conduct evaluations, and collaborate with staff to implement interventions across settings.

You will supervise RBTs, prepare reports, and contribute to IEP/504 outcomes, while benefiting from a strong mentorship program and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree is required.
• State BCBA License is required.

Responsibilities

• Help improve lives of children through behavioral intervention.
• Supervise and train RBTs and others who implement behavior-analytic interventions.
• Provide high-quality services to students based on their IEPs/504 plans; conduct evaluations, assessments and write reports.
