Job summary

Pediatric Developmental Services (PDS) is seeking a full-time BCBA to support students in school-based settings. You will conduct evaluations, develop behavior intervention plans, and supervise RBTs while collaborating with families and school teams.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s degree and an active BCBA license, with a passion for improving outcomes for children across educational contexts. PDS offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychology, education, or behavior analysis.
• State BCBA licensure (or eligibility) required for practice.

• Provide high-quality ABA services to students based on IEPs/504 plans.
• Conduct evaluations, assessments, and write reports to identify strengths and areas of concern in Behavioral Intervention.
• Supervise and train RBTs and others who implement behavior-analytic interventions.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A BCBA:

Every state requires all BCBA's to have a state license. If you do not have a license for a specific state, the licensing team at PDS will help you through the process!

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A BCBA

As a BCBA you will spend your day helping improve the lives of children. Setting them up for success both in the school setting and beyond is meaningful work that builds a rewarding career!

You will provide high-quality services to students based on their IEPs/504 plans. Conducting evaluations, assessments, and writing reports, you determine their strengths and areas of concern in Behavioral Intervention.
