Job summary

MeBe in Colorado seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) specializing in early intervention to apply evidence-based ABA strategies with young children.

You will conduct comprehensive assessments using VB-MAPP, Vineland, EFL, AFLS, BRIEF; develop and monitor tailored treatment plans; coach parents; train RBTs; and analyze progress with data to drive outcomes. Collaboration and compassionate care are essential.

Responsibilities

  • Conducting Individualized Skill and Behavior Assessments using tools such as VB-MAPP, Vineland, EFL, AFLS, BRIEF to gain insights into each individual's abilities and traits.
  • Developing and overseeing customized, comprehensive treatment plans to meet each kiddo's needs and goals.
  • Providing parent coaching to equip families with strategies to support development.
  • Delivering ongoing professional development to RBTs to enhance skills and ensure quality care.
  • Assessing kiddo progress through data analysis to adjust interventions based on evidence.
  • Other duties as assigned

About What You’ll Work On
  • Conducting Individualized Skill and Behavior Assessments: You will be responsible for conducting thorough assessments using tools such as VB-MAPP, Vineland, EFL, AFLS, and BRIEF to gain insights into each individual's unique abilities and behavioral traits.

  • Developing and Overseeing Customized Treatment Plans: Your role will involve meticulously crafting and closely monitoring the implementation of fully tailored, comprehensive treatment plans to meet the specific needs and goals of each kiddo.

  • Providing Parent Coaching: You will offer expert guidance and coaching to parents, equipping them with the knowledge and strategies necessary to effectively support their child's development and progress.

  • Delivering Ongoing Professional Development to RBTs: Your responsibilities will include providing continuous, high-quality training to our team of Registered Behavior Technicians to enhance their skills and expertise, ensuring they offer the best possible care to our kiddos.

  • Assessing Kiddo Progress through Data Analysis: You will employ rigorous data analysis techniques to assess and track kiddo progress systematically, ensuring that interventions are evidence-based and continually adjusted to achieve optimal outcomes.

  • Other duties as assigned
