Job summary

Autism From The Start in Lenexa and Shawnee, KS is seeking a Heartfelt and purpose-driven BCBA in Early Intervention to lead our ABA teams at our one-of-a-kind centers in Lenexa and Shawnee, KS. This full-time role oversees 4–6 children and their teams of RBTs, delivering ABA interventions as needed and collaborating with center and remote work.

You will utilize assessments such as VB-MAPP, Vineland, ABLLS-R, ESDM, and develop comprehensive individual behavior treatment plans while maintaining

Qualifications

• Licensed BCBA with eligibility to practice in KS/MO or to obtain within 1 month.
• Experience with toddlers/preschoolers essential.
• Ability to oversee and deliver ABA with young children.

Responsibilities

• Utilize VB-MAPP, Vineland, ABLLS-R, ESDM to assess and plan.
• Maintain an ethical caseload based on delivered hours by RBTs.
• Develop and monitor individualized behavior plans.
• Train and supervise RBTs and interns.
• Report to Chief Clinical Officer and ensure compliance.
