Job summary

Autism From The Start in Lenexa and Shawnee, KS seeks a full-time BCBA to lead our ABA teams for young children up to kindergarten. You will oversee 4-6 children and their RBT teams, deliver or supervise ABA interventions, and report to the CCO while maintaining licensure and compliance.

You will utilize VB-MAPP, Vineland, ABLLS-R, and other measures, train parents, and collaborate with therapists, teachers, and the community in a supportive, family-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with children with autism as young as 2 is required.
• Must be able to lift and assist children daily.
• License in KS/MO or ability to obtain within 1 month.

Responsibilities

• Utilize assessments such as VB-MAPP, Vineland, ABLLS-R, ESDM Curriculum Checklist, and other measures.
• Maintain an ethical caseload of clients based on delivered hours per week by RBT staff.
• Develop comprehensive individual behavior treatment plans.
• Monitor and modify treatment plans as necessary.
• Conduct parent training using an evidence-based curriculum.
• Train and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians and Interns.
• Participate in team and leadership meetings.
• Collaborate with community providers (therapists, teachers, etc.).
• Report to Chief Clinical Officer (CCO).
• Maintain certification and licensure.
• Remain in compliance with the Professional and Ethical Compliance Code for Behavior Analysts.
