Job summary

The position includes set hours (8:30am–4:00pm, Monday–Friday) with four work-from-home days per month and a path for professional growth, including potential leadership roles as the organization scales.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required or eligible
• Experience with early intervention desirable
• Ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team

Responsibilities

• Support a small caseload of six EI clients aged 1–6 in a center
• Collaborate with clinical director, behavior analysts, and SLPs
• Maintain a consistent 8:30am–4:00pm work schedule with no travel or weekends
