Job summary

Northeast Arc is seeking a passionate BCBA to join The Learning Center (TLC) ABA program serving young children up to age 6 with autism and Down syndrome. The role emphasizes collaboration, evidence-based ABA services, and a supportive, child-centered environment to promote communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.

The clinician will supervise therapists, partner with families, and contribute to a dynamic workplace known for flexibility, strong benefits, and leadership support.

Qualifications

• Certification and MA licensure (BCBA/LABA).
• Experience working with children.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Supervising, mentoring, and working closely with Behavior therapists and families in home and community settings.
• Working as part of a dynamic and dedicated team and participating in weekly supervisory and team meetings.
• Develop and monitor individual goals and strategies, analyze data to determine progress and attend IFSP and IEP meetings.
• Completing initial and ongoing assessments, managing behavior plans and attending regular meetings with caregivers.
