ABA Centers of Tennessee in Knoxville, TN seeks an experienced BCBA to design and supervise ABA programs for children with autism. You will lead RBT teams, perform assessments, and drive high-quality outcomes for families in our growing practice.

We offer a $10k sign-on bonus for a limited time and a salary range of $85K-$110K, with final compensation based on experience and education. Benefits support professional growth and ongoing clinical excellence.

Qualifications

• Masters degree required or higher.
• Active BCBA certification required.
• Initiate state licensure process prior to start date.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsabilités

• Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs.
• Oversee the implementation of behavior-analytic programs by RBTs and caregivers.
• Conduct assessments related to the need for behavioral intervention (e.g., preference assessment, functional assessment, staff performance assessment, etc.).
• Be willing and able to supervise others seeking BCBA certification weekly.
• Other typical BCBA activities.
