Matchly Staffing Solutions seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our client in Detroit, Michigan. You will assess individuals, develop evidence-based treatment plans, and implement interventions to support skill development and reduce challenging behaviors.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, train caregivers and educators, and maintain thorough documentation. This full-time, on-site role offers growth within a supportive environment and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Master's or doctoral degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• BCBA or BCaBA certification.
• Minimum of 2 years of ABA experience.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments to identify individualized needs and develop treatment plans.
• Design and implement interventions to address behavioral challenges and promote skill acquisition.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure collaborative care and outcomes.
• Provide training and support to caregivers, family members, and educators to promote consistent implementation of behavior plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely records of assessments, progress, and treatment outcomes.

Education
