Responsibilities

• Oversee and guide Behavior Technicians to ensure effective implementation of therapy programs.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate closely with families to support carryover of skills in the home environment.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development activities.
