Job summary

A behavioral health services provider is looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to oversee ABA programs for children and youth in home and community settings. You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and supervise staff, all while ensuring compliance with best practices. Ideal candidates will have a Master’s degree and BCBA certification. This remote position offers flexible scheduling and opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
• Current NJ LBA.
• Experience working with children and adolescents in home/community settings.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS).
• Develop and revise individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans.
• Provide direct and indirect supervision to Behavior Technicians, RBTs, and BCBA candidates.
