Job summary

CCRES is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Delaware County, PA, for intake, case management, supervision, and service delivery oversight. You will guide staff, monitor outcomes, and ensure compliance while serving families across school and community settings.

The role is an independent contractor/1099 position with a $5,000 sign-on bonus and $85/hour rate, contingent on 25 billable hours. Flexible scheduling and travel to client sites are included.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide assessment, program design, monitoring and supervision.
• Facilitate services to meet individualized client needs in cross-collaborative settings.
• Act as clinical leader and develop treatment plans at ITMs.
• Provide supervision to staff and monitor performance.
• Monitor and revise plans to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Review clinical notes and track progress.
• Conduct service intakes to assess educational, behavioral, and medical needs.
• Coordinate resources to support child and family well-being.
• Collaborate with mobile therapists to monitor plan implementation.
