Job summary

ABA Centers of Delaware is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to design and monitor behavioral programs for children and families in New Castle, DE. This full-time position offers a competitive salary of $100,000–$120,000 and a relocation package up to $15,000.

Qualifications

• Masters degree required.
• Active BCBA certification required.
• Initiate the state licensure process prior to the start date.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance.
• Ability to maintain clean background/drug screenings and driving record.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs
• Oversee the implementation of behavior-analytic programs by RBTs and caregivers
• Conduct assessments related to the need for behavioral intervention (e.g., preference assessment, functional assessment, staff performance assessment)
• Be willing and able to supervise others seeking BCBA certification weekly
