Zusammenfassung

Autism Learning Partners (ALP) is hiring BCBAs in Greensboro, NC for a clinician-led, flexible hybrid role. You will supervise technicians, develop ABA programs, and provide parent education while upholding high standards of client care.

The position supports ongoing clinical development and offers a generous benefits package. Starting salary is competitive with potential bonuses; you’ll work with a large team of 300+ BCBAs and have access to onboarding, CEUs, and a supportive infrastructure.

Qualifikationen

• BCBA certification required.
• Active LBA Certification in NC by NC Behavior Analyst Licensure Board preferred.
• Background check, TB test, pre-employment physical exam required, at ALP expense.

Aufgaben

• Supervise Behavior Technicians and ensure treatment plans run with fidelity.
• Conduct FBAs, develop ABA programs, and provide parent education.
• Adapt with flexibility in challenging situations and seek continuous growth.
• Communicate proactively and foster collaboration with families and team.
• Meet ALP standards and funding source requirements for client care and parent consultation.
