Autism Learning Partners (ALP) is seeking a BCBA in the Asheboro area of North Carolina. The clinician-led organization offers clinical autonomy, strong support, and a hybrid schedule with partial work-from-home options for non-billable hours.

Formación

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification is required.
• Active LBA Certification in North Carolina as issued by the NC Behavior Analyst Licensure Board.
• This position is subject to a criminal background check, TB test, Pre-employment Physical Exam, which we will pay for.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise Behavior Technicians and ensure treatment plans run with fidelity.
• Conduct FBAs, develop ABA programs, and provide parent education.
• Adapt with flexibility in challenging situations and seek continuous growth.
• Communicate proactively and foster collaboration.
• Meets ALP’s standards and funding source required best practices related to client facing care and parent consultation
